Description: This top floor oceanfront condo is truly oceanfront, with great views from both decks (Master and Guest). The inside of this condo was renovated in 2006 with all new carpets in bedrooms, hardwood floods in the living areas and tile in both baths. The kitchen cabinets are updated with new appliances and a new paint job through out. As the owner, I feel all rentals should feel like home, and when I come down myself I like feeling the same way. The electronics are all updated with DSL internet service and WiFi for wireless connections through out the condo, the WiFi will need a web key which will be given to you at the condo in the welcome book. All video will be updated, the master will have a 26” flat TV , the guest room will also have a TV in it and the living area will have a large flat TV with DVD and some HD channels (ABCHD, CBSHD etc.). The sound system is medium end audiophile type with a CD/DVD player and Ipod docking station, the speakers are a bookshelf type for your listening pleasure.
