Turn in your key packet to our office before you evacuate. If you are able to return after the evacuation has been lifted, a new key packet will be issued. We thank you for your help and we will unboard as quickly as manpower allows once the storm passes. Again, we urge you to purchase Travel Cancellation/Interruption Plan. This MUST be purchased by the renter in order to receive any type of refund due to hurricane evacuations. After the storm, call (252) 354-2131 and listen to our voice mail system for up to the minute info on the re-entry process (this system will be working as long as our generators are functioning).
